my focus in my twenties
at peace & with good company
surrounding myself with high quality friends that elevate me and in whose presence I am comfortable. prioritising quality time
reflection & learning
taking in moments of solitude to reflect on my feelings and learnings and consuming the right content for personal depth.
practising gratitude daily
having fun, experiencing & romanticising
building a life full of FUN & memorable experiences to grasp all opportunities. always seek laughter
strengthening my faith
1: nurture my relationship with God and talk to him daily: involve Him in decision making by asking Him for His guidance, blessing and continued support
2: learn more about my faith so I can understand my values and boundaries, and be proud of them!

Who am I
Simply put, I am just a girl who loves writing, wants to manifest a life of happiness and growth, and who wants to break bad habits hindering her development
Dear Reader,
I am 26. I have so far spent my 20s in academic education both in my home country and abroad. I finished my studies, started my career, moved to a new country, built and am building new friendships, am embracing different cultures, living independently and making my own decisions,…
However, at some point recently, I started to feel stuck. Trapped in a cycle of repeated patterns, indecision, declining growth. After so many years of being out of my comfort zone, falling back into my comfort zone where I am not reflecting, not growing, has become addictive.
So, I have started this blog to record my thoughts and my learnings, and to motivate self-reflection, even in a comfortable environment. I want to capitalise on this golden opportunity in my 20s to consume high quality experiences. I realised that creating this journey in the form of a website holds me accountable for my dreams, goals and growth. I hope to share this with anyone interested and who can relate, in the hope that you too can reflect on your learnings and make the most of your twenties.
Lots of love,
J.R. x
